WHY GOLFERS USE DEEMPLES
Golf takes 4-5 hours for 18 holes, 2 hours to travel both ways, and 1-2 hours to eat and shower = about an 8 hour activity, pretty much the whole day. At the same time, schedules are getting tighter, people getting busier, and everyone has less time. This makes organising golf a pain for most golfers, checking who’s available when, where each player prefers to play etc.
It got to a point where most golfers just want to get a game in regardless if their friends could make it but then again who likes to play alone? Or rock up to the golf course just to find out there are no open slots and everyone there is in a foursome.

Browse through available games in the app in your area, or if nothing fits, create your own and let others join you.

WHAT IF I’M NEW TO GOLF
Try the Driving Range game type as you might not be ready to get on the golf course for 9 or 18 holes. Everyone is new to golf at some point, so don’t worry if you don’t know anything about golf. Create a driving range game on Deemples and ask questions to people who join your game. It’s tough getting into golf, so we hope Deemples will allow you to meet other golfers who can help you.
HOW IT HELPS THE GOLF INDUSTRY
Deemples aims to solve one of 2 main barriers that stop people from golfing: lack of buddies (the other is lack of money, but we can’t solve that). With more people golfing, golf clubs get more rounds, golf academies and coaches get more lessons in, more people practice at the driving range, golf retailers/equipment manufacturers generate more sales from clubs, apparel, shoes, accessories, more people watch golf content on TV, print, and more attendees to golfing events.
